MY DAD IS SMOOTH WITH THE LADY! (MY MOM)

This is an actual exchange that just happened in my kitchen -

The setting - My kitchen. My mom is at the stove cooking pepper steak, my dad just walked in from work.

Mom - "Hey Hunny, I hope you didn't eat because I have this going on" (in reference to the pepper steak)

Dad - "Girl, you always got it going on!"

Me - wow! (DUMBFOUNDED!) 

Now that's classic Dad.

I've never been one to just watch videos and kill time on youtube, but sometimes when you are on tour, that's just what you do. Now I know that this video is about a year old, but my friends in the band Pull The Pin just brought it to my attention on this last tour, and I CAN'T STOP WATCHING IT!

TV THEME SONG OF THE WEEK #11

HOLY TV THEME SONG OF THE WEEK BATMAN!

Technology isn't the only thing that has come a long way since the 60's, so has Batman.

The original episodes were soooooo insanely bad ass! every time Batman punched someone, a word pops up next to the dudes face... SOOOOO RAD!

But I think the most important part of this whole thing is HOW ABSOLUTELY, INSANELY, AMAZINGLY AWESOME THE FIGHT SCENES IN THIS SHOW WERE!

here is a minute and a half long clip of Batman and Robin fighting what seems to be EVERY SINGLE BAD GUY EVER! and if anyone can tell me why all of the bad guys inexplicably jump into the water at random points of this video... I will bake you chocolate chip cookies!

and here is the SIIIIICK ASS trailer for the movie. They narrate the entire thing themselves... WHO DOES THAT? I love it I love it I love it!

MAN STUFF!

This is the ultimate in dude accessories! It is an actual remote control/football, and it really works on TVs! You can seriously throw it across the room in true Sunday-Manday fashion because it's plush and awesome! Now all I need is a recliner that doubles as a vending machine.

DELICIOUS SUGAR HIGH FREAKOUT!

Sometimes we meet some truly awesome people when we are out on the road.

And sometimes those truly awesome people just so happen to own truly delicious bakeries.

And sometimes they open those bakeries on Sundays just for us to make us MIND BLOWING BREAKFAST AND TREATS OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF THIER HEARTS!

This just so happened to be one of those times -

The Klinow family of Sandusky Ohio owns a bakery called  -

They were super rad to us both times we were in Ohio on our last tour,

they even promoted our show in the front window -

 and the morning after our show at the crazy place, they invited us for a fantastical breakfast bro-down at their bakery!

They made us French Toast and Eggs -

and then TOTALLY LET US RAID THEIR CANDY SHELVES!!! -

CHOCOLATE COVERED OREOS -

RICE KRISPIE BARS -

AND MULTI-COLORED CHOCOLATE DINOSAURS!!!

THEY EVEN HAD FRED FLINSTONE, DINO, AND YOGI BEAR CHOCOLATES!!!! 

now, it was super early in the morning, and the tour was coming to an end, so I would say that there is a fair chance that I just dreamt all of this up... I mean, there is no way that people can be this awesome... right?

END OF TOUR, AND MY BIG MOUTH GOT ME INTO TROUBLE!

We wrapped up our tour with Just Surrender, Jesse Barrera, Pull The Pin, and Kelsey and The Chaos last night. This tour was sooo rad, and everyone was super-awesome to us. And since it looks like MY BIG MOUTH HAS GOTTEN ME INTO TROUBLE AGAIN, I might as well tell you that we are doing a nation wide tour in March...

I DREAM OF OWNING THIS PINBALL MACHINE!

SHAQ ATTAQ PINBALL.... OHHHHHHH MANNNNN!!!!

I spent most of the early 90's idolizing  Shaquille O'neil. So when I saw this Pinball Machine in Sandusky Ohio the other day, I just about lost it -  

OHIO BOWLING BONANZA!

We played a Siiiiiick show at a bowling alley/waterpark/Quality Inn and Suites on Saturday night... it got very silly. 

I'm not sure that I've seen too many punk bands on Hotel marquees before... so I reckon that was pretty rad -

and they had our fantastically photoshopped press photo on all of the monitors in the bowling alley... IT WAS HILARIOUS -

and I think I might make a rule stating that ABSOLUTELY NO Patent Pending shows can happen without serious strobe lights and disco balls... 

MY SUPER FANTASTIC FROZEN BATHING SUIT!

We played a show at a crazy venue yesterday that had an indoor water
park (Soooo awesome!). Anyway, I accidentally left my soaking wet bathing suit outside. IT IS LITERALLY FROZEN SOLID!
